There are many ways to attract and retain new talent as well as increase employee engagement. However, many companies overlook the positive impact of investing in the financial well-being of their employees.

When it comes to money, younger generations have nowhere to turn. A recent survey even found that 71% of millennials would rather go to the dentist than the bank. So it’s no surprise that staff need support from their employers in this area more than ever before.

In an effort to help their employees’ financial wellbeing, Roanza Truck and Van (approved Mercedes-Benz dealership) teamed up with us.

In July 2017, we went live with Roanza's staff helping them to take control of their money and start achieving their life goals.

In just a few months, we’ve helped Roanza’s employees benefit by an average of £500 per person towards their life goals. This is anything from buying their first house to funding their plans to travel.
